In some cases, when your shades aren't working right, it can be easier to start from scratch in terms of pairing your shades and remotes. This is called a network reset. To reset the network and start over, follow the steps below.

NOTE: If your shades and remotes are a part of home automation system, consult with the home automation provider for the proper steps to exclude the shades and remotes from their network.

STEP 1 OF 2: Reset the Network

  2. Exclude all remotes from your shade network.
    • On the remote, press and hold the program button on the back for 15 seconds. When the LED stops flashing, release the button.
The remote LED should flash green, amber, and red before turning off.
    • Repeat for each remote.

  3. Exclude all shades from your shade network.
    • Move the shade to its upper limit.
    • On the shade, press and hold the program button for 7 seconds. When the shade jogs, then release the button.
All remotes are now unpaired from the shade. However, the shade's upper, lower, and home positions are still set.
    • Repeat for each shade.
