User Name

User name should contain at least 4 characters.  Only letters, number and special characters (.,@,_) are permitted.

Cannot remember User Name:  You will need to contact Customer Service

Want to change USER name – this option is not available 

 

Password – pass word must contain at least 8 characters.  Must include 1 number and 1 special character. 

Cannot remember password:   SWF does not have visibility of passwords, changing a password must be done by customer.

  1. Reset password by clicking “forgot password” on main account page;

  2. Email will automatically be sent to the email address used to create the account; click on the password reset link in the first email

  3. A second email will automatically send with a new password; this password will be a mixture of upper/lower case letters, number and special characters.    These must be entered correctly when logging in.   

  4. Once logged in to account, on the top right of the app, click your name, then click “Change Password” to create a new password.

 

Email Notification – email notifications will come from Notification<support@swfmotorization.com>

  1. Must log-in to your email and click verify.

  2. Return to App and click “Check Validity”, takes less than 3 minutes

  3. If email not received within 3 minutes; check spam folder; if not there, choose “send again”.

  4. If still not received:

Delete Account – 

  • App:  On the main account screen or login page, click on “?” Icon – this will generate an email template – be sure to fill in all information requested, note: responses can take up to 24 hours

Delete Gateway from Account – 

  • IOS:  Click “Advanced” under the Gateway, then select “Remove”

  • Android:  Press and HOLD the Gateway icon, remove option will appear; click “Remove”

Reset Gateway

    • Press and hold the Gateway programming button for more than 10 seconds.  

    • After a successful reset, you will see LED activity, whether solid blue or blinking while it resets. 

    • The reset process to complete could take up to 3-5 min. max. 

    • When the Gateway LED is blinking blue, and the Atom_###### network is showing as a Wi-Fi network in the phone Wi-Fi settings, the reset is complete

Account Access – Once the Gateway and account are set-up, you can create sub-users.  

  • There are four different levels of permissions you can assign to the sub-user account during set up.   – The permission level descriptions are in the app
