The app and mobile device need to have access to the internet to load the account creation steps, or to complete setup and load the account page. Some phones, after disconnecting from the Atom network, do not automatically reconnect back to a service that has internet access (either the local Wi-Fi or by using cell service)


  • Go to the phone settings, and manually reconnect the phone to a connection that has internet. If using Wi-Fi, go to Wi-Fi settings and click the network the phone should be connected to. If using cellular service, you can turn off Wi-Fi so that the phone switches to cellular service. Note: The phones Cellular Data needs turned on, so that when the Wi-Fi is off, it will use cellular data
