First make sure that you are using your account username, in the username field when selecting to reset your password. 

Second, make sure your email domain is not blocking the automatic emails or collecting them in spam

Third, be sure you are carefully entering in the system generated password, some upper-case letters look identical to lower case versions of others, for example lower case l (L) looks similar to upper case I (i)

It is possible, to restart the Password reset process over, and generate a new password. Be sure to always use the most recent password reset emails that you receive
