Here is how you can identify what product you have and where the programming button is located from the list below. The programming button is in different locations based on the product type and when the shades or blinds were ordered.
Certain products will need to be removed from the window to access, such as cellular and pleated shades, as the motors are located inside the headrail. Other products, such as solar, roller, natural, and soft roman shades have the motors exposed.
