If when enabling the Alexa or Google Home smart skills, and after entering in the shade app account credentials, the Alexa app or Google Home reports “no controllers found”, confirm the following:

  • The shade app is fully functional, online and able to operate shades OK
  • The credentials being entered in the smart skill are the account credentials used for logging into the shade app and what is being entered is accurate

If the above has been confirmed, Contact SWF Customer Service, by clicking the ‘Help’ button at the main account page, be sure to include your Gateways serial number and a description of the problem in the body of the email
