Periodically, updates are sent out to Gateways that can include various improvements. Also, when a Gateway is first setup, it will automatically update to the most current firmware

First, give the Gateway time to complete the update. If the updating status on the account screen has been in that state for quite some time

  • Power Cycle the Gateway, allow it to reconnect to Wi-Fi.   Wait for a few mins. And see if the status updates and the Gateway comes online
  • If still in an “updating” state. Contact SWF Customer Service, by clicking the ‘Help’ button at the main account page, be sure to include your Gateways serial number and a description of the problem in the body of the email
