The Gateway, once attached to an account cannot be added to another, unless first removed from the account it was originally set up on

Note: Factory resetting the Gateway does not remove it for the account it was originally setup or registered to

  • Log-in to the first/original account. At the main account page remove the Gateway, so it can be setup to a different account

                   ~ iOS: Click “Advanced” under the Gateway, then select “Remove”

                    ~ Android: Press and Hold the Gateway icon, then the option “Remove” will appear. Click “Remove”

  • If you are unable to log-in to the original account, refer to Troubleshooting “Forgot Password” and/or “Forgot Username” to get the original account credentials
  • If you are unable to access the original account to remove the Gateway, or are certain this Gateway was never setup to an account prior, contact SWF Customer Service, by clicking the ‘Help’ button at the main account page, be sure to include your Gateways serial number and a description of the problem in the body of the email
