ARC: How Do I Change What Channel Or Remote My Shade Operates On?

NOTE: If you own two (2) or more shades that only operate as a group, you will need to disconnect power from the shades you are not programming.

Changing the channel or remote your shade operates on:

  1. With the remote that you want to keep controlling the shade, select the channel the shade works on, if applicable, by using the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons on the controller.

  2. Press and release the Programming button on the controller. The shade will jog (short up/down motion) once, and the motor will beep once.



  3. Press and release the Programming button on the controller again. The shade will jog (short up/down motion) once, and the motor will beep once.

    .

  4. Select the channel, if applicable, on the remote you want to remove the shade from by using the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons.

  5. Press and release the Programming button on the controller a third time. The shade will jog (short up/down motion) twice, and the motor will beep three times.


                                          
  6. Repeat for each shade as necessary.
