Amazon Alexa or Google Home is not finding or running my shades

Please use these steps to find and/or run your shades via your voice assistant. 


Step 1.  Confirm the gateway is online and the shades are working in the app. 

Step 2.  Confirm the speaker being used to issue commands are on the same account that was assigned to the gateway.

Step 3.  Disable the skill and reenable it.

For additional support:

  • App:  On the main account screen or login page, click on “?” Icon – this will generate an email template – be sure to fill in all information requested,
