If you are experiencing issues adjusting your limits through the app over Bluetooth:

 

  1. Confirm the app is in “Shade” view.
    1. The icon in the top left corner should be 4 small squares.
  2. Navigate to the shade to adjust.
  3. Tap the options button for the shade (cog/gear icon next to the battery status)
  4. Select which limit to adjust.
    1. Upper or Lower Limit:
      1. Over Bluetooth the shade does not need to be at the “current” limit to begin adjusting. It should jog where it’s at when you start the process. The LED on the shade should begin alternating green and red.
      2. Use the up and down arrows to adjust the shade to the desired limit.
      3. Tap “Save” and the shade should jog again to confirm.
    2. Favorite Position:
      1. This will bring up a full screen display of the shade.
      2. Slide the shade to the desired position, wait for it to come to a stop.
        1. If needed use the up and down arrows to make small adjustments.
      3. Tap “Save” and the shade should jog to confirm.
