If a shade is controllable from the Ysia remote but is not controllable from the app, please check the following:
Check if the LED on the bottom of the Tahoma Switch is white. A white LED indicates that the Tahoma is on and connected to the internet.
Confirm that all Zigbee routers between the shade and the Tahoma are online. This includes wired motors and smart plugs.
Confirm that all Zigbee routers between the shade and the Tahoma are within 23’ of each other.
Confirm that there is at least one Zigbee router per 6 end devices.
If any Zigbee routers were moved or power cycled and the device is still not controllable, power cycle the Tahoma Switch by unplugging the Tahoma for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in. Wait for the LED on the bottom of the Tahoma to be white, then try operating the shade again.
