The Motorization App is taking too long to load

If the app is unresponsive or taking too long to load, please follow these steps. 


  • Close all apps on your phone.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices from your phone.
  • Check for congestions with other wireless devices. 

Then reopen the motorization app.

  • App:  On the main account screen or login page, click on “?” Icon – this will generate an email template – be sure to fill in all information requested,  
  • Email:  motorization.support@springswindowfashions.com,  
  • Customer Service Team: 1-800-221-6352
