If you are unable to pair their shades using Bluetooth. 

 

  1. Confirm power.
    1. If possible, take power from a shade that is working and put on the shade in question.
  2. Confirm the shade responds to the manual button.
  3. Confirm shade is within range of the device (6’)
  4. Confirm motor received is a BLE enabled motor.
    1. Antenna should have a blue tip.
  5. Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on the device being used for setup.
    1. Android
      1. Drag down from the top of the screen to reveal quick settings.
      2. If Bluetooth is not enabled, tap the Bluetooth icon to turn it on.
    2. iOS
      1. Drag down from the top right of the screen (battery status, WiFi status) to reveal the command center.
      2. If Bluetooth is not enabled, tap the Bluetooth icon to turn it on.
