If you are unable to pair their shades using Bluetooth.
- Confirm power.
- If possible, take power from a shade that is working and put on the shade in question.
- Confirm the shade responds to the manual button.
- Confirm shade is within range of the device (6’)
- Confirm motor received is a BLE enabled motor.
- Antenna should have a blue tip.
- Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on the device being used for setup.
- Android
- Drag down from the top of the screen to reveal quick settings.
- If Bluetooth is not enabled, tap the Bluetooth icon to turn it on.
- iOS
- Drag down from the top right of the screen (battery status, WiFi status) to reveal the command center.
- If Bluetooth is not enabled, tap the Bluetooth icon to turn it on.
