Your Bluetooth enabled shades have the ability to update firmware wirelessly over-the-air (OTA).
When a new firmware update becomes available, your shade will display in orange text beneath its name, "Firmware update available."
If the firmware does not update, please follow these steps.
- Be within 3 feet of the shade with your mobile device.
- Force close and reopen the motorization app.
- Restart the firmware update process.

- App: On the main account screen or login page, click on “?” Icon – this will generate an email template – be sure to fill in all information requested,
