The firmware is not updating on my app.

Your Bluetooth enabled shades have the ability to update firmware wirelessly over-the-air (OTA).  


When a new firmware update becomes available, your shade will display in orange text beneath its name, "Firmware update available."


If the firmware does not update, please follow these steps. 



For additional support:

  • App:  On the main account screen or login page, click on “?” Icon – this will generate an email template – be sure to fill in all information requested,  
  • Email:  motorization.support@springswindowfashions.com,  
  • Customer Service Team: 1-800-221-6352
