Fail to Add error using Ysia Remote

If you are getting a "failed to add" error in the TaHoma Pro app, follow these steps: 


Step 1.  Press and Hold Program button on back of Ysia Remote for 15 seconds. 

Step 2:  Remove batteries from back of remote for 1 full minute  How do I replace batteries in my remote? : Support Center 

Step 3:  Reinsert batteries into remote.  

Step 4:  Add Ysia remote using TaHoma Pro app.  Zigbee: TaHoma Pro How To for Dealers : Support Center
