Fail to Add error using Ysia Remote

If you are getting a "failed to add" error in the TaHoma Pro app, follow these steps: 

 

Step 1:  Close out Pro app completely then reopen app and try adding device again.  If device still will not add, proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Press and Hold Program button on back of Ysia Remote for 15 seconds. The LED at top of the remote needs to go from green to red, green to red, green to red. On the 3rd red blink, release the program button.

Step 3:  Wait for the LED at the top of the remote to stop blinking.   This will take about 2 minutes.

Step 4:  Add Ysia remote using TaHoma Pro app.  Zigbee: TaHoma Pro How To for Dealers : Support Center
