If the QR code for the remote is missing or damaged, refer to the instructions below to pair the remote:
Log into the Tahoma Pro app
If the Tahoma Switch has already been registered to the dealer, select “Access an Active Tahoma Switch”, then select “Yes”, then either enter the PIN code for the Tahoma or select “Scan the Tahoma QR code” at the bottom of the screen
If the Tahoma has not been registered yet, select “Register a Tahoma Switch” and complete the registration/set-up process.
Select “add device”, then select “Zigbee” for the protocol, then select “Continue”, then select “I don’t have a QR code”
Select “next” to open the Zigbee network in unsecured mode. You will have 3 minutes to add the device.
Put the Ysia remote into pairing mode by pressing and holding the programming button on the back of the remote until the LED on the front flashes green>red>green>red, then release.
Once the device is discovered, follow the prompts to finish pairing the remote
