If the QR code for the shade is missing or damaged, refer to the instructions below to pair the shades:
If not using a Tahoma Switch, first log into the Tahoma Pro app
Select “Configure a motor”, then select “No” when asked “Will you be deploying a Tahoma hub for this project”
On the next screen, select “I don’t have a QR code”
Follow the prompts on screen and complete 5 quick presses of the programming button on the motor. The motor should jog once.
Stay within 2 feet of the motor and select “start discovery”
Select the discovered motor and proceed with configuring the motor
If using a Tahoma Switch, first log into the Tahoma pro app
If the Tahoma has been registered to the dealer already, select “Access an active Tahoma Switch”, then select “Yes”, then either enter the PIN code for the Tahoma or select “Scan the Tahoma QR code” at the bottom of the screen.
If the Tahoma has not been registered yet, select “Register a Tahoma Switch” and complete the registration/set-up process.
Select “Add device”, then select “Zigbee” for the protocol, then select “Continue”, then select “I don’t have a QR code”
Follow the prompts on screen and complete 5 quick presses of the programming button on the motor. The motor should jog once.
Stay within 2 feet of the motor and select “start discovery”
Select the discovered motor and proceed with configuring the motor
