What Do I Need To Do If My Motor Was Factory Reset?

  1. If a shade has been factory reset and is being added to a Tahoma Switch system via the Tahoma by Somfy app, limits must be set for the shade before attempting to pair. 


  1. This must be done via the Tahoma Pro app
