If a motor is not detected when attempting to add it to a Tahoma Switch via the Tahoma Pro app, please follow the instructions below:
First confirm that the motor is powered and operational by pressing and releasing the programming button on the motor. The motor should move when the button is pressed.
If motor does not move, check that motor is either charged or has power
Check the antenna for damage and make sure it is not obstructed or touching anything metal.
Confirm that all Zigbee routers between the motor and the Tahoma Switch are online. This includes wired motors and smart plugs.
Confirm that all Zigbee routers between the motor and the Tahoma Switch are within 23’ of each other.
Confirm there is at least one Zigbee router per 6 end devices.
If the above has been confirmed and the motor still will not pair, try closing out the app and re-opening it.
If the motor still will not pair, try factory resetting the motor by pressing and holding the programming button on the motor until it jogs 3 times, then release.
