Tahoma By Somfy: How Do I Remove A User From An Installation?

To remove a user from an installation using the TaHoma by Somfy app, please follow the instructions below:         

 

  1. Open the TaHoma by Somfy app, then select “Account” at the bottom right of the screen.

  2. Select “User management”.

  3. Select the user that you want to delete.

  4. Select the trash can icon at the top right of the screen, then select “Confirm cancellation”
