To reset the Tahoma Switch and remove the devices and the account it is registered to, follow the instructions below:
Open the Tahoma by Somfy app, then click on the three dots at the bottom right of the screen.
Select “Configure the Installation”, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Advanced settings”.
Select “Remove my system”. On the next screen, select “Remove my system”.
When asked if you want to keep paired products, select “No”.
This will remove all devices from the system and remove the account the system is registered to.
To reset the Tahoma Switch and leave the devices paired but remove the account it is registered to, follow the instructions below:
Open the Tahoma by Somfy app, then click on the three dots at the bottom right of the screen.
Select “Configure the Installation”, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Advanced settings”.
Select “Remove my system”. On the next screen, select “Remove my system”.
When asked if you want to keep paired products, select “Yes”.
This will keep all devices paired to the system but remove the account the system is registered to.
