Before you Start: The shade will jog (short up/down motion) when connected to the power source. If the shade jogs again in approximately 3-10 seconds, this means that your shade is paired to a remote.
If the shade jogs two times (x2) when powered up- this confirms that the remote is not paired to the shade. Follow these steps to pair the remote to the shade:
- Disconnect power from the shade for at least two (2) minutes.
- Connect power to the shade and wait for it to jog once.
- Immediately after the shade jogs, quickly press and release the programming button on your controller.
- The shade will jog to confirm pairing. The control will now operate the shade.
