I'm moving. How do I reset the Gateway for the new owner?

The Gateway can only be set up on one account. If you need to remove your gateway from your account, follow the below steps:

 

  1. Log in with the currently associated account.
  2. Tap “more” in the bottom right corner.
  3. Tap “Gateways” to go to the screen showing all gateways associated with the current account.
  4. On the gateway you wish to remove:
    1. IOS – tap “Advanced Options” below the gateway you are trying to remove.
    2. Android – Press and hold on the gateway you are trying to remove.
  5. A pop-up will come up prompting you to confirm you want to remove this gateway. Once the gateway is removed, it should network reset itself and start broadcasting its setup network (Plughub_#### or WiFi_#### depending on model) to facilitate a new setup.
    1. If your gateway does not start broadcasting its setup network automatically, a Wi-Fi reset may be necessary
      1. My WI-FI settings is not showing Plug Hub####.
