How do I give access to a second user?

If a secondary user does not have access to the gateway(s) on the account, you may need to enable their access to those gateways:

1. Log in as the account administrator.
2. Tap “more” in the bottom right; select “Users.”
3. If a secondary user is set up for this account, they will show up here. Select the user you need to give gateway permissions to
   1. If no users show up, ensure the other user did not create their own Motorization App account. 
      1. If they did, please contact customer service to have the secondary account deleted so it can be set up under the primary account.
4. Once a user is selected, select “Controller Access” (Android devices) or “# Gateways” (iOS Devices). You will be prompted to assign the desired gateways to the user you have selected.
5. After all desired gateways are selected, tap “Save” at the bottom of the screen to save your changes; your secondary user should now have access to the gateways assigned to them.
