If a device has failed to pair via the pro app after a few attempts, please try the following:
1. Confirm the battery has been charged. Low power can affect programming.
2. Close the app completely, then reopen the app and try pairing the device again. It may take a few attempts for the device to pair. If the device still fails to pair, proceed to step 3.
3. Reset the device and try to pair again.
