To activate or deactivate the soft start and soft stop for a Zigbee motor using the Tahoma Pro app, please follow the instructions below. The instructions are to be used after installation of a Tahoma switch or after configuring and connecting to a motor:
- Open the Tahoma Pro app and select "Configure a motor".
- On the next screen select “Next”.
- If you would like the message to not appear again for the day, click “Stop displaying this message for today”.
- On the next screen that asks if you will be deploying a Tahoma hub, select “No”.
- Scan the QR code for the motor or select “I don’t have a QR code” to connect to the motor.
- On the next screen, ensure there is power to the motor and select “Next”.
- Select “Set equipment”.
- Select “Activate/deactivate soft start & soft stop”,
- Select either “Disabled” or “Enabled”.
- Once complete, select “Confirm”.
