If the remote will not pair with the Tahoma after 2-3 attempts, please try the following suggestions:
- Ensure remote is within range of Tahoma, the closer the better
- Try closing out the app completely, re-opening the app and attempting pairing again
- Try resetting the remote by using the instructions here , then attempting to pair again
- Try replacing batteries in remote
