What Do I Do If My Remote Will Not Pair In the Tahoma Pro App?

If the remote will not pair with the Tahoma after 2-3 attempts, please try the following suggestions:


  1. Ensure remote is within range of Tahoma, the closer the better
  2. Try closing out the app completely, re-opening the app and attempting pairing again
  3. Try resetting the remote by using the instructions here , then attempting to pair again
  4. Try replacing batteries in remote
