My shade is not showing up on list of Bluetooth shades to be added.

If your shades are Bluetooth integrated, then they are ready to connect directly to your mobile device without a gateway.   

  • Note: To identify if your shades have Bluetooth technology, the antenna will have a blue tip.


  • Ensure you have a Bluetooth operated shade. 
  • Power cycle the shade by unplugging the power source from the shade and plugging it back in 
  • Ensure you are within range (~30 feet)  What is the range of Bluetooth.

  • App:  On the main account screen or login page, click on “?” Icon – this will generate an email template – be sure to fill in all information requested,
