If your shades are Bluetooth integrated, then they are ready to connect directly to your mobile device without a gateway.
- Note: To identify if your shades have Bluetooth technology, the antenna will have a blue tip.
- Ensure you have a Bluetooth operated shade.
- Power cycle the shade by unplugging the power source from the shade and plugging it back in
- Ensure you are within range (~30 feet) What is the range of Bluetooth.
