My routine does not play at sunset or sunrise as programmed

If in the event your scheduled routine does not play at sunset or sunrise as programmed, your time zone needs to be redone or fixed. Navigate to the Gateway Settings (MENU > GATEWAY SETTINGS > UNIT SETTINGS). Click on the time zone (iOS) or Location (Android) field and reset/resave to your current time zone. Follow this step, regardless if the app already shows your correct location or time zone
